What payment options do I have when ordering?

You have two options: you can pay for your furniture in full or you can apply for finance.

If you are paying for your furniture in one payment, you can do so by cash, credit or debit card if you’re in-store. Online you have the option of paying by credit or debit card as well as by PayPal.

We also offer 4 years interest free credit on all orders (minimum total spend of £250), which allows you to spread the cost of your furniture.

When can I expect my delivery?

Once you have placed your order we can tell you how long we expect it will take for your furniture to be delivered. Each individual order has a different lead time and you will be informed of this at the point of purchase. All delivery lead times are approximate and start from the day your order is confirmed.

There are occasions when delivery may be delayed through circumstances out of our control. In cases like this we will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes to delivery.

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time and date for delivery.

If you order items with different delivery charges, you will be charged only the highest standard charge. For example if you were to choose a sofa, rug and lamp, you would be charged £59.00 for delivery.

Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries outside a 30-mile radius of an ScS store. You will be informed of any charges before we confirm your order.

What happens on delivery?

On the day of delivery you will receive a phone call one hour before our team are due to deliver. In order to aid the delivery team, please make sure that the area you want your items to go into is clear and that there is easy access to the room.

Our delivery team will unpack your items, place them in a room of your choice, remove all packing material from your home and recycle wherever possible.

Note: Please inspect your items carefully before signing for them. If any of your items are faulty, please inform the delivery team who will advise you on your options.
